About two thousand years ago
I was a very smart Jew, just so ya know
Killing Christians used to be my game
But Jesus Christ came and changed my name
I watches as peeps stoned a brother named Stephen
But Jesus Christ the Lord wanted to get even
My thoughts and actions were not so kind
So he knocked me off my horse and made me blind

My God and Lord appeared in a flash of light
I was blinded three days, it was so bright
He knew I wasn't being the person I could be
So he said, "Saul! Saul! Why you persecuting me?"
I wrote so many sick books, you're bound to be sneezin
Galatians, Romans, Corinthians, Ephesians
Some people go to war by shooting missiles
I battled e-vil by writing epistles

You'll find that every word I said is true
And I hope that Jesus Christ will live in you
I have done well, I've gotten first place
I've kept the faith, I've finished the race
I'm known for sweet talk and my writing styles
That's why I've converted like a million gentiles
And I've got some advice if you all want to hear it
Put on the armour of God and the sword of the Spirit
